Sanders, Russell & Company was formed on August 1, 2004. Principal is
Shuli Ben-Moshe, C.I.A., C.F.E., CPA, CGA

Our Focus

Sanders, Russell & Company provides a full range of accounting, auditing and taxation services. Our clients are a broad cross-section of small-to-medium sized businesses, professionals and non-profit societies. We have each had many years of experience with many different businesses and industries, from family-run businesses to manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, retail, restaurants, construction, real estate, as well as a host of service and home-based businesses.

Our Team

Shuli Ben-Moshe



Shuli has over 25 years of professional experience providing accounting, assurance, and taxation services. She has been in public practice in Canada since 2005 and received her CGA designation in 2007. She obtained Certified Internal Auditor designation in 2003 and Certified Fraud Examiner designation in 2009. Shuli joined Sanders Russell & Company as a principal in 2012 and she is pursuing the In-Depth Tax Program with completion expected in 2023.

Shuli enjoys assisting owner-managers with their compliance needs, as well as strategic tax planning to achieve business and personal goals.

She is also an active member of her community serving on various boards and organizations.

Nanci M. Cohen

Senior Accountant


Nanci graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business. She received her CA designation in 1986 while articling with Arthur Anderson & Company in Toronto. Over her career, she has worked both in industry and public practice, predominantly with small to medium-sized businesses. Nanci continues to serve on a variety of not-for-profit boards and committees.

Nanci joined Sanders, Russell & Company in 2005.

Bryan Haung

Senior Accountant

CPA, CGA , Msc

Bryan has over 15 years of public practice work experience and obtained his CPA, CGA designation in 2008. He mainly worked on tax, accounting, compilation and review engagements. He is also familiar with company reorganization, trust taxation, estate and succession planning. Bryan started to work for Sanders, Russell & Company in March 2019. Before working as an accountant, Bryan was a software engineer and he has a master’s degree in computer science.

Natalia Martynova

Natalia Martynova



Natalia Martynova has joined Sanders, Russell & Company as an accountant in November 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in Russia and graduated from the Sauder School of Business at UBC with a diploma in accounting in 2011. She earned her CPA, CGA designation in 2017.

While studying at UBC, Natalia started working as an accountant in public practice gaining experience in accounting for various industries, corporate and personal tax, compilation engagements and diverse accounting software programs. She enjoys the life-long learning opportunity offered by the accounting profession and helping clients with their tax and accounting needs.

In her spare time, she likes hiking, biking, and camping as well as reading history books and watching documentaries.

Veronica Vega



Veronica joined the firm in October 2018 and has been involved in compilation, review and audit engagements.  She has 15 years prior experience in international public accounting.  She has always enjoyed the challenges of reconciliation and collating financial information from any forms of records or documents available.  She strives to assist clients in meeting statutory reporting deadlines.  Outside work, she loves to travel and kickboxing.

Taly Osten

Office Manager/Accounting Assistant


Taly has over 25 years of administrative experience and obtained her Certificate in Management from Simon Fraser University and is a member of the Association of Administrative Assistants. Taly has worked for Sanders Russell & Company since 2005 and as well as the role of Office Manager she provides administrative and bookkeeping services for the firm.

Tanya Keselman-Tavor



Tanya Keselman-Tavor is a certified bookkeeper in Canada and Israel. Tanya joined Sanders, Russell and Co. in June 2021. Tanya enjoys providing bookkeeping services and supporting clients. She is the mother of 2 kids and a dog.

When she is not in the office she enjoys hiking and traveling with her family.

Jenny Sun

Administrative Assistant

Jenny Sun joined the team in November 2020 as an Administrative Assistant. Her naturally intuitive nature along with 8 years of administrative experience has allowed her to assist clients with incredible detail and attention. She takes pride in her swift communicative style with clients in order to assist them as soon as possible. 

Outside of work, Jenny is a big foodie, gamer, and car enthusiast. If you ever catch her on the phone, be sure to recommend a good restaurant!
